We've put their contact information below if you'd like to reach out.

We're planning more sessions like this on countries like Iceland, Japan, Costa Rica, Morocco and Colombia. If there are places you'd like us to cover or if you want to participate in a webinar and share your first-hand experiences, please reach out! (Our February Malaysia session is available on our YouTube channel.)

If you missed it, please watch the video on our YouTube channel. We invite you to leave a comment and let us know if it inspires you to walk your own Camino!

You can still support Carolyn's Camino walk with a donation!

Carolyn walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain for The Period Purse, a Canadian non-profit registered charity that strives to achieve menstrual equity and reduce the stigma surrounding periods. In many countries, period poverty limits women and girls from education and career opportunities. Period poverty refers to the inability to afford and access menstrual products, sanitation and hygiene facilities and education and awareness to manage menstrual health. According to the United Nations, menstrual products are prohibitively expensive for millions of people worldwide. At least 1 in 10 women and girls in rural areas across 12 countries did not have a private place to wash and change during their last period. Her goal is $2,000. You can support this cause here!
