Dear JourneyWoman, When is it too late to embark on a journey? The answer is simple: never, especially if you're a JourneyWoman. In this month's Community Call, we're celebrating the spirit of women who continue to travel well into their 80s and beyond. Our call will be hosted by Diana Eden, our Travel Over 80 writer, and features three remarkable women who have authored memoirs. These inspiring women include Joyce Perrin, age 86, Author of Ants in My Pants, Ruth Malloy, age 91, Author of Brightening My Corner: A Memoir of Dreams Fulfilled, and Faye Day, age 85, known for her Every Nook and Cranny series of travel guides. During the discussion, we'll delve into each author's journey, exploring how they found their way to writing their books. They'll also generously share their travel wisdom, anecdotes, and provide valuable advice for both aspiring travelers and writers. We invite you to join this dialogue, whether you bring your grandmothers, mothers, sisters, children, friends or simply tag someone who could use a dose of inspiration. Read more about our panelists below. This webinar is being held at 8 PM EST (check your local time zone here) this Thursday 28 September 2023. There is a $2.50 charge to reserve your place with all proceeds donated to After Breast Cancer. Please note we only have capacity for 100 women, so we recommend registering early to avoid missing out. Calls are recorded and will be shared on our YouTube channel. We can't wait to see you there!
